Jimmy Fallon Live at the Orpheum Superbowl Week Remotes - NBC/Omni-Fusion  

Production / Location shoots for: Show Intro / Welcome Backs / Scene Sets / Mary Tyler Moore Skit or Man on the street

THE PLAN

We are excited to be working on this, love the show and want to make sure you get what you need.
We will work on scouting the locations your team listed in the email from Dec. 8th and then try to secure those selected.

Tom Lynch will produce and I will help prep and join production after my commitment with X-Games is finished. Together we will execute: 

-Lock Crew & Gear

-List of locations with scout photos, drive times and costs (Secure Permits & Lock Locations)

-Production support for Sizzle Montage Intro (Night footage) (Time-lapse and/or Drone if requested)

-Production support for one skit with Mr. Fallon  (Mary Tyler Moore or Mall of America Man on Street or other)

- Solution for executing additional NBC producer requests on the fly.

I developed an ultra rough bid today, but with so many unknowns, regarding the final creative and what your shooting expectations are— craft service/catering quality, security needs, celebrity needs, client village, playback/VTR expectations, mohos or trailers, etc. — it may be too early to provide any sort of accurate estimate. 

Tom will follow up with some detailed questions, but generally the Man on the Street segment would be much cheaper than the Mary Tyler Moore recreation and 2017 recreation will be much cheaper than 1970's period recreation. 

I will hand these bids off to Tom right away and Tom will follow up to dial them in.

POSSIBLE CONCEPT ELEVATION

I had a cool idea, if your team is interested. It could be amazing to have local street-art hero Adam Turman

create a large mural featuring Jimmy Fallon, The Orpheum, US Bank Stadium similar to his work shown above.

This giant mural could be displayed at the Orpheum entrance or exterior and filmed (practically) for the: 

Intro video and used as matching audience souvenir poster and promos across all media.

We have worked these local remotes many times but this might be a way to elevate and differentiate your show's video elements from the more standard approach and tie in something that could get the show a local PR boost and social media traction.

He's not cheap, but I have a great relationship with Adam and can help negotiate any version of this that might interest your team. We spoke briefly and he is 100% interested.
